Hybrid work from Wrocław ( 2 days per week from the office) About the Role You will play a key role in defining cloud strategy, driving automation initiatives, and promoting DevOps best practices across international development teams. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure Design, implement, and manage Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). Define architecture standards for cloud-native frontend, backend, and API-based applications. Support the deployment and lifecycle management of containerized and serverless workloads. Ensure cloud environments are scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-effective. CI/CD & Automation Design and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions. Drive automation initiatives across the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain scripts and tooling using Bash, Python, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Optimize deployment processes and improve delivery efficiency. Monitoring & Observability Manage and enhance observability platforms, including Datadog. Configure infrastructure monitoring, application performance monitoring (APM), Real User Monitoring (RUM), logging, dashboards, and alerting. Implement monitoring and troubleshooting solutions for cloud-native applications. Security & DevSecOps Collaborate with Cyber Security and Engineering teams to embed security into cloud platforms and delivery pipelines. Integrate security controls, scanning tools, and compliance requirements into CI/CD processes. Promote secure development and operational practices across engineering teams. Collaboration & Leadership Coach and mentor development teams on cloud, DevOps, and DevSecOps best practices. Support technical leads in adopting automated testing frameworks and engineering tooling. Act as a trusted advisor for cloud architecture, automation, and platform engineering initiatives. Work effectively within international, cross-functional teams. Required Experience Extensive experience designing and implementing Azure cloud solutions. Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform. Proven experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions. Hands-on experience with containerization and serverless technologies. Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript. Experience with monitoring and observability platforms, preferably Datadog. Solid understanding of DevSecOps principles and cloud security best practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken. Preferred Qualifications Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert). Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments. Familiarity with modern software architecture and cloud migration initiatives. Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technology adoption.
