What You'll Need:

• Three or more years' experience in BI development, with strong expertise in dashboard creation.

• Expert knowledge of Looker and LookML, or a comparable BI tool.

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.

• A strong understanding of data visualisation best practice and UX design principles.

• A track record of translating complex data into clear stories and insights for non-technical audiences.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to gather requirements and manage delivery across multiple stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

• Design and build intuitive Looker dashboards that enable data-driven decisions for business users across IG.

• Partner with business stakeholders across functions to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear, effective visualisation solutions.

• Turn complex data into compelling, accessible data stories that drive action.

• Customise dashboards using HTML and CSS to enhance the user experience.

• Produce documentation and run training that helps business users self-serve their data needs.

• Partner with analytics engineers to make effective use of the underlying data models.

• Contribute to the development of AI agents, co-pilots, and automated insights that surface data directly to users.
