This role sits at the core of Poland’s leadership team and is an active part of the broader CEE delivery organization. For the right person, this is a role with real scope: a delivery portfolio spanning hundreds of clients and thousands of projects, a platform to shape delivery at country level with the backing of CEE and global leadership, and access to EPAM’s global network of practices, centers of excellence, and world-class engineering talent across 60+ countries. Responsibilities Maintain a clear picture of delivery health across Poland's portfolio, identifying risks early and creating conditions for well-informed decisions Set governance that serves the work: clear ownership, fast decisions, and outcomes that are visible and measurable Create the conditions for consistently high delivery quality and client satisfaction across all engagement models Ensure delivery teams operate with a genuine understanding of the business context behind their engagements and the goals that matter to each client Stay close to key accounts directly, stepping in where your presence adds most value, whether in a senior client conversation, a difficult escalation, or a pivotal delivery moment Develop a domain-informed layer of delivery leadership across Poland, connecting industry expertise with delivery execution to serve clients with depth and consistency Keep Poland at the forefront of AI-native delivery: scale proven AI-first practices across the portfolio and continuously raise the bar on what AI-led engineering delivers for our clients Work with account and engagement leadership to develop accounts toward higher-maturity engagement models where it creates genuine value for both the client and EPAM Represent EPAM credibly in senior client-facing conversations and take ownership of strategic client visits, aligning around client needs and EPAM's capabilities Set the standard for client-centricity, empowering Delivery Managers to operate as true partners to their clients Collaborate actively in presales and ensure smooth transitions from pursuit into delivery Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and CEE Engagement leadership across the full engagement lifecycle, identifying delivery-led growth opportunities Contribute to regional and global delivery leadership forums, influencing standards and sharing Poland's delivery expertise Lead, mentor, and develop a strong community of Delivery Managers and Program Managers across Poland Invest in career growth, active coaching, and a high-performance culture that balances client demands with team motivation Contribute to hiring and talent strategy, attracting and integrating strong delivery talent Requirements 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting environments 5+ years in senior delivery leadership, managing portfolios, leading teams of managers, and working closely with P&L Proven track record across large, complex, multi-stream engagements with global clients. 15+ years in IT delivery, engineering, or consulting environments
5+ years in senior delivery leadership, managing portfolios, leading teams of managers, and working closely with P&L
