We are looking for a hands-on Business Performance Specialist to strengthen the data, automation and reporting capabilities of our Planning, Controlling & Reporting team across Middle Americas. The role will focus on simplifying and automating financial processes, improving data quality and developing intuitive, visually professional dashboards and management reports that support better business decisions. We are looking for a curious, structured and proactive professional who combines technical capabilities with business understanding and enjoys helping others develop stronger data skills.

Your profile and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
At least two years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting automation or process improvement.
Strong Power BI capabilities, including Power Query, data modeling and DAX.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to analyze processes and independently build practical, scalable solutions.
Strong communication, visual-design and data-storytelling skills.
Minimum English level B2.
Knowledge of FP&A, SAP, SQL, Power Automate, Python or VBA is considered a plus
Your responsibilities and tasks
Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate financial reporting, planning and controlling processes.
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and automated reporting solutions.
Transform and consolidate data from SAP, Excel and other sources using Power Query.
Implement data-quality controls, validations, reconciliations and standardized KPI definitions.
Create clear, visually polished reports and executive presentations with strong data storytelling.
Translate Finance and business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
Document solutions and train the Finance team to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business-performance analysis.
