• Experienced with Compensation & Benefits (familiarity with market data and external providers such as Mercer or HR processes knowledge is a plus)

• Familiar with SuccessFactors (is a plus)

• Analytical mind capable of working with large databases, identifying and interpreting connections between them

• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, fostering effective interactions with stakeholders at all levels

• Learning quickly and maintaining quality business relationships

• Very well organized, and while also a strong team member, you perform to a high level alone

• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks and projects

Your main mission will be to support compensation processes, analyze and report on them. In this role you will:

• Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal jobs to the external market data

• Support countries in reporting data for benchmark surveys

• Help countries to build and maintain pay structure

• Support the maintenance of our Global Job architecture

• You might be responsible for conducting trainings for some groups
