Wymagania
7+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Controls, Risk Management or a related area.
Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and control testing methodologies.
Experience leading large-scale control testing, assurance or audit programmes.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, data analytics and reporting tools.
Exposure to automation, AI or advanced analytics within audit or controls environments.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIA or similar) is an advantage.
Fluent English.
Willingness to travel occasionally across Group locations (up to 20%).
Zakres obowiązków
Lead and develop Pepco’s Group-wide Control Audit Programme, ensuring consistent and effective control testing across Finance, Compliance and Operations.
Drive standardisation of audit methodologies, reporting and control testing approaches across the organisation.
Use data, analytics and automation tools, including Power BI, Power Automate and AI solutions, to improve audit efficiency and insight.
Partner with Finance, Compliance, IT and business stakeholders to strengthen controls and support risk management.
Monitor remediation activities and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Support the continuous improvement and digital transformation of the Group’s control environment.
