Customer OTC Specialist

Description

Supporting customers along the whole OTC process Cooperating with various departments (sales, logistics, transport) Ensuring a proper level of documentation in the system and a document flow that goes in line with company and legal standards Monitoring the fulfilment of your customers' orders and reacting in case the customer satisfaction is at risk Providing excellent customer service to dedicated B2B customers Monitoring outstanding payments, following up with customers, and collaborate with finance teams to resolve payment issues Our requirements: At least 1-3 years of customer service experience B2 level of one of following languages: German, French, Italian, SpanishNice to have: Experience with SAP ERP, particularly the Sales and Distribution (SD) module Private medical care at Lux Med (VIP package) Meal subsidy Public transportation allowance Remote work allowance – 110 PLN Possibility of workation – up to 3 weeks per year from any EU country Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in the office If this sounds interesting, we’d love to see your CV.
