This is the right job for you if:
You have 3 years of experience in a similar position within the logistics or courier industry
You have experience in conducting training sessions
You are characterized by the ability to make decisions independently and act effectively under pressure
You possess analytical skills and excel at effective communication
Your main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the onboarding and training of carriers and couriers
You will handle the administration of courier scanners and access cards for new couriers
You will coordinate the key performance and quality metrics of couriers
You will focus on defining courier delivery zones
You will be responsible for the timeliness of orders and deliveries
You will support couriers in the field and regularly accompany them on their routes (at least twice a week)
You will cooperate with the CX (Customer Experience) team regarding interventions and complaints
