For our client, a global professional services organization delivering technology solutions for international enterprises, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of: Senior DevSecOps Consultant Work mode: 50% remote from Poland, 50% business travel and on-site presence in the Middle East (UAE/Saudi Arabia) Compensation: 150-200 PLN/h net (+ VAT) + travel costs covered Start Date: ASAP Cooperation: Long-term project, initial engagement for 6 months Contract type: B2B Language: English B2+ Project Overview: You will work on an ongoing international project supporting organizations in the Middle East, collaborating with multiple vendors and stakeholders to drive DevSecOps best practices across web, mobile, AEM, and other application ecosystems. Design and implement a DevSecOps strategy for a multi-vendor environment Oversee security integration across diverse application landscapes, including web, mobile, and AEM platforms Coordinate service delivery between multiple vendors and internal stakeholders Monitor and manage the quality of deliverables Define, track, and report KPI and SLA metrics Evaluate and improve DevSecOps processes, standards, and governance Review team outputs and ensure adherence to security and quality requirements Support operational activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with business and technical teams to align security objectives with project goals Key Requirements: 6+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, or related areas Strong hands-on experience with: GitLab Dedicated Instance, Bitrise, Invicti, Fortify Proven ability to work in both technical and coordination-focused roles Experience managing or coordinating work within multi-vendor environments Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices, security automation, and secure software delivery Experience in service delivery coordination and quality management Knowledge of KPI/SLA reporting and performance monitoring Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments Fluent English (B2+ minimum) Nice to have: Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments Previous cooperation with international consulting or professional services organizations Experience working on projects in the Middle East region Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security frameworks What We Offer: A quick recruitment process Standard benefits including preferential rates for LuxMed, Multisport and life insurance packages The chance for a long-term cooperation on projects for top players in numerous sectors Opportunities for future assignments with other leading clients through Hays International project exposure with stakeholders from Poland and the Middle East Opportunity to influence the DevSecOps strategy of a complex enterprise environment What will the recruitment process look like: Your CV will be verified by a Hays Recruiter Recruiter will contact you by phone – a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Meeting with the client: Client Screening Process Technical/Business Interview Final Client Interview Offer Welcome to the project!
