EMEA role based in Wroclaw, Poland
This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.

Your Skills and Expertise
Previous experience in demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, or other planning-related roles
Strong knowledge of demand-planning principles, forecasting methodologies, and business processes impacting demand generation
Experience with demand-planning and ERP tools; familiarity with systems such as Kinaxis, SAP/APO, or similar platforms is preferred
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actions
Experience managing forecast exceptions, performance metrics, and data-quality topics
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of driving process improvements
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Here, you will make an impact by:
Collaborating with local, European, and global counterparts including Portfolio Leaders, Sales & Marketing, Supply Planners, S&OP Managers, and Planning Managers
Participating in the S&OP process, with a key focus on aligning the demand plan with the business plan, including OP/QOR assumptions and Market Intelligence inputs
Collecting, validating, and integrating Market Intelligence in close partnership with Business Teams
Coordinating demand-planning exceptions, including out-of-control demand, forecast bias, and unusual month-to-date consumption
Supporting demand-planning activities across the product lifecycle, including new product introductions, end-of-life, and phase-in/phase-out transitions
Incorporating Market Intelligence into the demand plan to improve forecast accuracy and relevance
Optimizing statistical forecasts within the demand-planning tool
Using forecast-performance metrics to monitor accuracy and drive corrective actions
Ensuring data integrity and consistency within the demand-planning system
Forecasting finished goods for the EMEA region
Conducting what-if simulations and analysis to evaluate forecast scenarios and support planning decisions
Providing key demand inputs to Supply and Production Planning to help develop strategies that balance cost, cash, and service
Leading or supporting continuous-improvement and planning-related projects
