ERP Manager

Join a global manufacturing organisation and play a key role in optimising and developing our ERP landscape while supporting business growth and operational excellence.We are looking for an experienced ERP Manager who will be responsible for the management, development, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions supporting global business operations. This role combines business process understanding with technology leadership and close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities - Manage and develop the company's ERP environment to support business and operational objectives.- Own the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology capabilities.- Lead ERP-related projects, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimization and digitalization.- Coordinate external vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.- Ensure stable and efficient operation of ERP systems, including support and issue resolution processes.- Drive system standardisation and best practices across international locations.- Support data quality, reporting, and integration activities between ERP and other business systems.- Participate in business transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programmes.- Monitor application performance, service levels, and user satisfaction. Requirements - Several years of experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Previous experience in ERP management, ERP project delivery, application management, or business systems leadership roles.- Strong understanding of business processes within areas such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, or Logistics.- Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Epicor, or similar enterprise solutions.- Experience managing vendors, implementation partners, and cross-functional projects.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.- Experience supporting system improvements, upgrades, integrations, and process optimisation initiatives.- Familiarity with cloud technologies, reporting solutions, and system integrations will be an advantage.- Manufacturing industry experience is strongly preferred.- Fluent English communication skills.
