Вимоги
EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance License (B1 and/or B2 preferred)
Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field (desirable)
Proven experience in Line Maintenance, within an airline, CAMO or Part 145 MRO environment.
Strong operational understanding of Line Maintenance planning, execution, and CAMO interfaces.
Comprehensive knowledge of applicable aviation regulations (Part CAMO, Part M, Part 145) and SMS principles.
Experience managing third‑party service providers and remotely leading multi‑site teams.
Strong leadership, organisational, and decision‑making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as required.
Technical knowledge of Boeing 737/A320/Bombardier Challenger an advantage.
Qualifications
Experience
