Zakres obowiązków

• You will manage purchasing and logistics activities to ensure compliance with ABB's standards.

• The role requires tracking goods receipts and confirming delivery conditions with suppliers.

• You will support the PR to PO process and manage day-to-day cooperation with international suppliers.

• You will implement procurement strategies in collaboration with the sourcing team.

• The candidate will ensure that the Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is updated as per procedures.

In this role you will

• Support PR to PO process, track goods receipt, confirm delivery and conditions with suppliers

• Manage the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international approved suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customer. You will implement Procurement Strategy by cooperation with Sourcing team

• Track goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing

• Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price

• Conducts all Procurement activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures Pro-Supply global supplier relationship management platform is kept updated as defined in Pro-Supply procedure

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in using tools such as Excel and SAP (purchasing module), leveraging them to support procurement and finance processes within a professional environment.

• You have around 1+ year of experience in purchasing or finance, delivering efficient and effective operational support (experience in a shared services environment is a strong plus).

• You are adept at communicating fluently in Italian (B2+) and business English (B2), demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.

• You are committed to delivering high-quality customer service, with a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented approach to meeting customer needs.

• You possess strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork mindset, enabling effective collaboration in dynamic and international environments.
