At minimum 2 years of real-world experience supporting an HR function in a technology or commercial organization
Ability to perform well in changing environments by handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, defining priorities and consistently delivering on deadlines
Willingness to embrace ongoing change and the ease of operating in a VUCA/BANI world
Outstanding interpersonal abilities that create lasting relationships, build credibility and enable the delivery of thoughtful, sensitive and prompt guidance, combined with a proactive, confident, upbeat and energetic approach
Confident command of the English language in both writing and speech at a B2+ level or above
Working knowledge of Polish Labor Law with practical experience in its application
Exposure to HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, engagement surveys and retention activities, as well as the ability to work with HR metrics and data, will be considered a meaningful advantage

Cooperate with Primary People Partners in charge of individual disciplines or practices
Engage in a diverse set of HR activities, including employee experience, retention and performance development, moving from supported work to fully independent execution over time
Assist unit leaders in evaluating local programs and frameworks by contributing a local labor law compliance viewpoint
Get involved in townhalls and internal unit events while encouraging employees to be present in the office
Support Shared Service Center operations and work with various process participants to handle a wide range of tasks and queries

We are looking to hire a People Advisory Specialist. The focus of this position is on offering organizational people management support and leading the implementation of people-related processes and programs within one or several specific units. As a Practice/Discipline People Partner, you will work closely with employees and leaders across the full spectrum of EPAM HR activities. This is a hybrid role requiring two office days per week at one of our locations: Gdansk, Krakow, Wroclaw, Warsaw, Poznan or Katowice.
