At least 2 years of professional experience in Learning & Development or Adult Education, preferably in an international corporate environment
Self-motivated attitude with a strong eagerness to learn

Represent Campus at internal and external events, including Department Meetings, Job Fairs and University events
Coordinate internship-related administrative tasks and ensure their timely completion

We are looking for a Talent Development Specialist to expand our EPAM Campus team in Poland. EPAM Campus is a global corporate educational service that assists beginners of various ages and professional backgrounds in starting their IT careers. In this role, you will coordinate team projects and support regional educational processes, playing a key part in helping aspiring IT professionals launch successful careers.
