Who we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance transformation, or related roles

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes and/or enterprise performance management

• Proven experience in finance or GBS transformation initiatives

• Experience working with senior stakeholders and delivering complex transformation projects

• Background in shared services or GBS environments is an advantage

• Ability to structure complex business challenges and develop practical solutions

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives 🎤

• Degree in finance, economics, business, or information systems 🎓Language knowledge

• Polish (fluent)
