Qualification requirements

• University degree (Bachelor’s degree)

• Intermediate level of English

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a similar field

• Good command of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Manage early and scheduled terminations of operational leasing, medium-term rental, and service contracts.

• Monitor the process of sending information letters to customers regarding vehicle returns.

• Prepare reports on contracts reaching the end of their contractual term to identify vehicles that have not been returned, take the necessary steps to ensure their return, and calculate late-return penalties.

• Prepare reports on closed contracts to identify missing repair estimates and request the necessary documentation from the dealers holding the vehicles.

• Prepare the final settlement calculation and send the invoice to the customer.

• Prepare early termination calculations in accordance with the agreed framework agreement.

• Invoice advance instalments as part of the contract termination process.
