Wymagania

• Import and Promotional Deliveries Specialist

• Advanced Excel skills (working with large datasets, data analysis)

• Bachelor’s degree

• Good command of English (B2)

• Experience working with data and systems (e.g. ERP)

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to verify, interpret, and draw conclusions from data

• Good organization, prioritization, and ability to work under time pressure

Zakres obowiązków

• Analyzing shipment and delivery data (primarily sea freight) using Excel and internal systems

• Verifying order execution against plan (timelines, bookings, container utilization)

• Monitoring shipment progress and identifying discrepancies or delays

• Validating data accuracy and ensuring consistency across systems (ERP)

• Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to clarify data and resolve issues

• Recommending process improvements based on data analysis

• Supporting reporting and maintaining process documentation
