Together with the customer, we deliver top performance! For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background We are seeking a highly analytical and structured Business Analyst to drive process design, data standardization, and cross-functional integration. The ideal candidate bridging the gap between business needs and technical data architecture, possessing strong capabilities in data modeling, technical requirements gathering, and process mapping.

Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience working directly with data to solve business problems using SQL, DBT, and Snowflake (ideal).
Business Intelligence: Ability to build intuitive insight presentations using tools like QLIK (ideal).
Data Modeling & Architecture: Solid understanding of data flows, warehouses/lakes, ETL/ELT concepts, star schemas, and mapping business logic to data structures.
BA Experience: Proven track record in business analysis within transformation, integration, or operational improvement programs.
Process Mapping: Strong skills in capturing complex processes using frameworks and tools like BPMN, Lean, SIPOC, Visio, and Systems Thinking.
Technical Documentation: Ability to draft clear analytical requirements, data dictionaries, metric definitions, and business logic specifications.
Risk & Governance: Strong understanding of risk, control, compliance, and governance inside process design.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery:
Facilitation: Skilled at leading workshops, partnering with business stakeholders, and translating business questions into analytical specs.
Behaviors: Highly organized, detail-driven, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to provide clarity.
Previous experience in London Markets group or Aviva would be a plus, but not obligatory
Responsibilities
Support the discovery, documentation, and analysis of “as is” Business Intelligence/ Reporting across both organisations, including pain points, hand-offs and data sources (and gaps)
Facilitate workshops with SMEs to validate process understanding and uncover integration issues (disparate data sources, data gaps, tactical fixes, measurement assumptions) and/or optimisation opportunities (data integration opportunities)
Produce clear process artefacts (process maps, data flows, procedure notes, RACI updates) in line with the customer process design and governance standards.
Support the definition of future state “to be” Business Intelligence/ Reporting – via requirements gathering
aligned to integration objectives , regulatory requirements, and business strategy. .
Perform data mapping exercises across organisation
Provide recommendations for integrating data into a common target to provision ‘to be’ reporting from.
Contribute to reporting, RAID management, and progress tracking for the integration workstream.
