We are currently building in Poland a dedicated team which will focus on advisory in the area of Finance & Performance. The Team will advise our Clients in complex issues relating to i.a. Reporting, Budgeting, Controlling processes. We are looking for high-energy, committed and ambitious people to join our advisory practice. Next to advising on most sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above mentioned areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimisation of the above mentioned processes. Who we are looking for
Technical (IT) education or equivalent work experience,
Basic or intermediate knowledge of relevant technologies, including: Windows, Linux, Android, TCP/IP networking, SQL, HTML5, and various service tools,
Proficient in Polish,
English at least A2+ level for effective communication, both written and spoken,
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within various team structures,
A disciplined and detail-oriented mindset, ready to adopt new technologies and responsibilities,
A driving license.
Availability to work 100% on-site in Września

Your future role
Handling incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
Conducting basic failure analyses and liaising with higher-level support teams.
Working according to detailed specifications, procedures, and instructions.
Creating, evolving, and maintaining documentation.
Facilitating knowledge transfer to team members.
Staying updated with and ready to adopt new technologies and responsibilities in the specified areas.
Reporting on service operations at the operational level.
You will be working in a dynamic production environment, characterized by:
A three-shift working schedule, providing continuous support for production operations.
Onsite work at the client’s plant, ensuring direct engagement with production activities (Września)
Additional weekend work based on client requirements or production schedules.
Participation in production start-ups after operational stops or breaks.
