Your team
You will join a high-profile team within Regulatory Transaction Reporting, based in Krakow and supporting stakeholders in London and Zurich, with exposure to global RTR teams.
The team is responsible for helping ensure a robust control framework is applied to Regulatory Reporting. This includes governing existing controls, supporting communication to regulators, tracking the impact of IT implementations on Transaction Reporting, and facilitating Operating Meetings.
You will gain practical experience in how regulatory reporting governance operates across a complex, global environment. The role involves close collaboration with teams such as Front Office, Middle Office, Technology and Compliance.

Your expertise
You do not need to be an expert in regulatory reporting — we are looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
You should ideally have:
Strong attention to detail.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks reliably.
A proactive mindset and willingness to take responsibility.
Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Confidence using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, or a willingness to improve these skills.
Interest in risk, controls, process improvement or regulatory topics.
Your role
Are you curious, detail-oriented and eager to learn how regulatory reporting works in a global investment bank? Do you enjoy working with data, processes and people across different teams?
We are looking for a Regulatory Transaction Reporting Governance Intern / Graduate Analyst to support our team in maintaining a strong control and governance framework across Regulatory Transaction Reporting. The role will provide exposure to key reporting obligations including MIFID II, EMIR, SFTR and FinfraG, as well as the opportunity to learn how change and operational governance is managed in practice.
In this role, you will support the team with activities such as:
Assisting with Change and Operational Governance activities across Regulatory Transaction Reporting.
Helping the team review and track changes that may impact regulatory reporting processes.
Helping maintain trackers, action logs, process documentation and governance materials.
Supporting the preparation of governance metrics and packs for operating meetings.
Working with colleagues across locations to help deliver team priorities and governance objectives.
Contributing ideas on how we can make our processes simpler, more efficient and more digital.
This is a 3-month internship.
