You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the current monitoring landscape while ensuring alignment with Observability standards, frameworks, and policies.The role is responsible for enabling proactive and efficient monitoring and alerting across complex infrastructure environments. • Demonstrated expertise in IT infrastructure technologies, including OS, Storage, Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), databases, and backup solutions.

• Proven experience in the implementation and maintenance of monitoring solutions in a distributed environment.

• Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring and services, such as MS Azure, AWS, and GCP.

• Deep understanding of monitoring via SNMP polling/traps, logs, and APIs.

• Experience with troubleshooting related to monitor and service check setup in appropriate monitoring tools.

• Good scripting knowledge, including PowerShell, Python, and Bash.

• Basic working knowledge of AIOps platforms such as Moogsoft, APEX, BigPanda, or ServiceNow.

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on severity and manage best practices on infrastructure monitoring.

• Excellent communication skills for engaging with global audiences.
