Kieruj tym, co napędza świat.This Position reports to:IS Department Manager for Compliance and Risk Advisory Job role:Leads defined service line(s) in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmap so that it aligns with the vision that is created by the Business Owner and IS goals and objectives. The Service Owner is accountable for the delivery of a specified IS service and is responsible for the service management of a specified service in the organization.The Information Security, Risk, and Compliance team is responsible for protecting the organization's information assets by implementing and maintaining effective security, risk management, and compliance practices. The team works closely with business and technology stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks while ensuring adherence to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Through security assessments, compliance reviews, governance activities, and continuous monitoring, the team helps strengthen the organization's security posture and supports secure business operations. Wymagania

  • Demonstrated experience in security and compliance roles, with at least 10 years in the field and 4 years in leadership.

  • Proven ability to influence security and compliance risk assessments and provide advisory to business areas.

  • Strong background in delivering end-to-end security and compliance services across the organisation.

  • Experience in performing security and compliance risk assessments, enabling control implementation, and ensuring regulator alignment such as SOX and Trade Compliance.

  • A bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a similar field is required.

  • CISA and/or CISM certifications are required.

  • ITIL Foundation certification is required.

  • CRISC certification is required.
