You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge about services and solutions, to contribute your expertise to enhance organizational efficiency.The work model for the role is: #Li-hybridYou will be mainly accountable for:Creating functional and technical specifications for implementing DR services.Supporting the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of DR management tooling (e.g. for data synchronization monitoring)Technically review the solution proposed by vendor and sign off the Design documents.Identifying, analysing and reporting any inefficiencies or improvement opportunitiesOversee preparation and maintenance of operational documentation for the DR services.Assuring the DR services are being delivered according to agreed Service Levels and qualitySupporting DR drills the planning, coordination and execution as well as fault reasons identification and fixingCollaborating with Hosting suppliers regarding DR service operations and DR-related incidents resolutionWorking with Architects, Information security teams, Connectivity and other groups on updating the design and implementing new DR solutionsKeeping up to date knowledge regarding / emerging technology and industry practices, bringing learning into ABB. • Wymagany jest tytuł licencjata w dziedzinie technologii informacyjnej lub pokrewnej.

Zakres obowiązków

• Będziesz odpowiedzialny za tworzenie specyfikacji funkcjonalnych i technicznych dla usług DR.

• Zarządzanie instalacją, utrzymaniem i optymalizacją narzędzi do zarządzania DR.

• Będziesz technicznie przeglądać rozwiązania proponowane przez dostawców i zatwierdzać dokumenty projektowe.

• Identyfikowanie, analizowanie i raportowanie wszelkich nieefektywności lub możliwości poprawy.

• Nadzorowanie przygotowania i utrzymania dokumentacji operacyjnej dla usług DR.

• Zapewnienie, że usługi DR są dostarczane zgodnie z uzgodnionymi poziomami usług i jakością.

• Wsparcie w planowaniu, koordynacji i realizacji prób DR oraz identyfikacji i naprawy przyczyn awarii.

• Współpraca z dostawcami w zakresie operacji usług DR oraz rozwiązywania incydentów związanych z DR.

• Praca z architektami, zespołami bezpieczeństwa informacji oraz innymi grupami nad aktualizacją projektu i wdrażaniem nowych rozwiązań DR.

• Utrzymywanie aktualnej wiedzy na temat nowych technologii i praktyk branżowych.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or relevant field

• Minimum 5 years experience working on IT infrastructure and experience on running DR environments, DR tests.

• Deep understanding of various Operating Systems and Databases and their HA/DR capabilities

• Knowledge on Infrastructure running in Cloud (Azure, GCP or AWS)

• ITIL Certification will be preferred

• Azure or GCP Foundational level certification will be good to have
