IT Support Technician – Sevilla

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Profesional Studies or related field

• Work experience in different areas (business, data, applications and technology)

• Fluent Spanish and English required (knowledge of other languages wil be considered an advantage)

• 1 year of demonstrated experience in a company’s IT department in a fast-paced environment is required

• Have performed different tasks and not only answering the call center and help desk

• Work experience in different domains (business, data, applications and technology)

• Experience in IT installations (hardware and software), structured cabling and certifications

• Ability to solve problems quickly

• Ability to prioritize and work with multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision

• Flexibility to travel, sometimes at short notice

• Valid driver’s license (B)

• Flexible to support unexpected situations in our operations (sometimes weekends and holidays)

• Live in Seville is required
