Requirements

• Mandatory knowledge of Macedonian language (min. B2 level)

• Knowledge of English (min. B2 level)

• Analytical thinking

• Ability to work in a team

• Ability to comprehend the project policy guidelines

• Good hands and eye coordination for annotation

• Attention to detail

• Client focus

• Nice to have:

• GIS system experience

• Work from the office

• Standard working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job responsibilities

• Providing support and resolving client’s inquiries

• Deliver high standard service based on project KPIs

• Maintaining absolute confidentiality of project and client data

• Working in the ticketing system
