We are seeking a Lead Java Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions while mentoring team members and championing engineering best practices. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based applications Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines Leverage GitHub Copilot to enhance development efficiency and code quality Apply strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges Guide the team through architectural decisions and technical strategy Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster their technical growth Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner Requirements 7+ years of experience in Java development Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical issues Background in FinTech Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Proficiency in English at a B2+ level Nice to have Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, C++, and Python Background in Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance Familiarity with UNIX shell scripting

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Java development

• Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers

• Proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices

• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical issues

• Background in FinTech

• Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

• Proficiency in English at a B2+ level
