Experience

• 3-5 years

Requirements

• Experience in QA engineering, writing automation scripts, and applying a framework approach to automation (python)

• Expertise in automation tools

• Experience with Behavior Driven Development methodology and BDD test automation tools (nice to have)

• Experience with Backend and UI automation testing and open source tools

• Experience build & continuous Integration using tools such Azure pipeline / Jenkins.

• Knowledge about API, databases and cloud testing

• Ability to learn quickly and grow in technical area

• Education: Bachelor’s in CS/EE or related (Master’s preferred)

• Familiarity with SDLC, test lifecycle, and Agile methodologies

• English: Intermediate or higher (both written and verbal)

• Working from office is a requirement in this role or hybrid.

• Flexibility in working hours since client is from US and there might be a need to attend a meeting in the evening hours.

Job responsibilities

• Programming automatic tests based on existing manual tests

• Updating existing manual test scenarios in order to create automatic tests alternative to the adopted rules

• Review of automation test (code) and test scenarios (description of steps in Test Tool)

• Execution/creating reports on the execution of automated tests

• Identifying/reporting/retesting bugs

• Flexibility to do manual testing if needed
