Your profile and qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, or a related field
Eligibility to sign an internship agreement with your university
Basic understanding of People/HR processes is a plus
Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage
Strong communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
A team-oriented attitude
Spanish & English – advanced

Your responsibilities and tasks
Support People administrative processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contractual changes, offboarding)
Maintain and update employee data in People systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring accuracy and consistency
Assist in managing employee queries, providing first-level support with guidance from People Partners
Support talent acquisition activities (job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication)
Prepare People documentation such as contracts, certificates, and internal communications
Assist with payroll and compensation data preparation and validation
Support People projects and initiatives (engagement, talent processes, reporting)
Contribute to ensuring alignment with internal policies and local labor regulations
