This role reports to the Global Associate Director within the Secure Access / Office Technology team. Secure Access manages a portfolio of in‑office technologies including physical access, mobile credentials, secure print and scan, and digital lockers. These services ensure EY people can securely access buildings, devices, and equipment with minimal friction, while meeting global security and compliance standards. The opportunity We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Mobile Access capability within EY Secure Access. This role is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and execution of mobile access systems that use Apple and Google wallets as a primary credential for physical access, while continuing to support physical badges. The Product Manager will drive the evolution of mobile credentials as part of EY’s broader secure access ecosystem, working closely with identity, security, real estate, facilities, and regional stakeholders. The role combines product ownership with senior‑level system design, thought leadership, and global stakeholder engagement. The role is responsible for the end‑to‑end experience of Mobile Access products (credentials) integrated with physical security across EY locations globally, including: Defining and communicating a clear product vision and roadmap for mobile and physical access technologies Leading the product lifecycle from concept and pilot through global rollout and operate Driving adoption of mobile credentials while managing coexistence with physical badges Ensuring alignment with enterprise identity platforms, including integration with key EY identity systems (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, CCure 9000, etc.)

The role has a global scope and requires flexibility to support stakeholders across time zones. Some limited travel may be required to support pilots, deployments, or key stakeholder engagements.
Skills and attributes for success
Proven experience as a Product Manager owning enterprise‑scale technology products
Strong understanding of physical access systems, mobile credentials, NFC technologies, and secure device access
Experience working with enterprise identity platforms and standards (e.g., SSO, MFA, lifecycle integration)
Demonstrated ability to work credibly with senior stakeholders up to Partnership level
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Comfortable operating in global, matrixed organizations across multiple cultures and time zones
Decisive, outcomes‑driven, and able to take high personal ownership of complex problem spaces
Experience managing vendors, contracts, and externally delivered services
Passion for improving user experience while balancing security, compliance, and operational realities
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Your key responsibilities
The Product Manager will:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for Mobile Access, covering the use of mobile wallets as credentials, physical badges, readers, and integrated endpoints
Quickly adapt and learn their way into evolving technology platforms and systems
Act as a senior engineer for systems that integrates mobile credentials with enterprise identity and physical security platforms
Establish themselves as an expert problem solver (of both business and technical issues)
Partner with Global Security, Risk, Privacy, and Real Estate teams to ensure compliant and secure solutions
Manage vendor relationships, evaluations, pilots, and commercial agreements supporting mobile access
Plan and execute global pilots and phased deployments across regions, buildings, and base‑building environments
Define metrics and reporting to demonstrate adoption, security posture, and business value
Support financial planning, budgeting, and total cost of ownership for the mobile access portfolio
Align roadmaps with other Secure Access and Office Technology products to deliver a cohesive user experience
Prepare business change, communications, and enablement materials to industrialize the service
To qualify for the role, you must have
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent experience)
Experience: Approximately 5+ years in product management roles, with broader experience in enterprise technology
Certifications: PSP, CPP, CCure 9000 certification, PMP, or relevant technology certifications (esp. Microsoft) are a plus
