Quality Leader

Description

Drive quality objectives and initiate improvement activities aimed at enhancing manufacturing processes. Oversee the customer complaints management process, ensuring effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Manage quality-related risks throughout the entire product lifecycle. Monitor and analyze quality performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence. Coordinate and support the Quality team, focusing on employee development, engagement, and capability building. Collaborate closely with customers as well as Production, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure product and process quality. Ensure quality tools and management systems are maintained in compliance with customer requirements and applicable standards. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. Several years of leadership experience within a Quality function in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with quality methodologies and tools, including FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP, and Control Plans. Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5Why, PDCA, and DMAIC. Proven track record in leading improvement projects and managing organizational change. Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management, coaching, and employee development. Fluent Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in the electronics manufacturing industry will be considered an advantage. Offer Stable employment within an international manufacturing organization.
