Trade Support Senior Analyst

Monitor trade flows and oversee daily Middle Office activities (outsourced operations) Ensure timely matching and settlement of transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including derivatives and OTC products Investigate and resolve queries from both internal teams and external stakeholders Identify, report, and help resolve failed trades, as well as manage late trading and missed cut-offs Support the CSDR penalty process, including tracking, controls, and reporting Handle incidents and claims, making sure they are resolved efficiently Prepare ad-hoc reports to support business needs Maintain and improve process documentation, contributing to ongoing enhancements Support risk management and audit reviews Assist with operational and system migration projects (e.g. FX trade rebooking, mutual fund setup, front-office tools) Accenture Operations helps clients achieve new value and productivity from their business processes by applying analytics, process acumen and industry expertise to the transactional data and processes we manage and operate on our clients’ behalf. THE WORK: The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and in an Accenture office in Warsaw or Gdansk (50/50 hybrid model). Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance or related field or proven experience in similar position

• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services gathered in custodian, broker or asset management company

• Fluent English both oral and written

• Excellent understanding of trade life cycle and market practices in the settlements area

• Good understanding of Front to Back process in Asset Management

• Working knowledge of equities, bonds, FX, repos and derivatives

• Bloomberg knowledge is a plus

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage deadlines

• Ability to work in a multicultural fast-paced environment

• Employment contract, with the role offered as a temporary position until December 2027 aligned with the project duration. The cooperation begins with a 4-month employment contract, followed by an extension until December 2027 upon successful completion of the initial period.
