In this consulting role, you will work directly with client organizations to redesign and optimize their business processes by leveraging automation, data-driven decision making, and AI-powered solutions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Aftersales. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, process excellence, and emerging technologies — combining your industry knowledge with hands-on experience in automation and AI to help organizations identify opportunities, redesign operations, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, logistics, manufacturing, IT or equivalent

• At least 3 years of professional experience inside an industrial company in one or more of: Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics/Supply Chain, Sales, or Aftersales/Service Management

• Experience in business or digital transformation and process improvement

• Hands-on involvement in automation initiatives — workflow automation, low-code platforms, or similar

• Familiarity with AI tools in a work context (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• English proficiency; German is a strong advantage

• Experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or Signavio

• SAP transformation experience (S/4HANA, supply chain, manufacturing, or service processes)

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery methodologies

• Jira and Confluence proficiency

That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
