Support organizations in transforming core business operations, improving agility, operational performance, and business effectiveness. Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and process standardization. Contribute to business transformation initiatives, helping organizations adapt to changing market conditions and evolving customer expectations. Support operational excellence initiatives by improving workflows, information flow, and collaboration across business functions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, commercial, and IT teams to improve cross-functional alignment and business processes. Participate in initiatives focused on increasing operational visibility through better data management, reporting, and process transparency. Support implementation of data-driven decision-making, analytics, and scenario modeling to strengthen planning and business performance. Explore opportunities to leverage AI-enabled capabilities to improve business processes, automation, decision support, and productivity. Contribute to transformation programs by identifying opportunities to improve service quality, reduce operational costs, and increase organizational effectiveness. You will help organizations improve business operations by optimizing core processes, enhancing operational performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with business and technology teams, you will support transformation initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, visibility, and responsiveness to changing business needs. You will work in a dynamic project environment and gain exposure to complex transformation initiatives across manufacturing, operations, asset management, and enterprise processes. THE WORK: #LI-EU

Qualifications

• Higher education, minimum bachelor's degree or technical equivalent (Engineer)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working for industrial clients

• Functional knowledge of SAP that allows proposing best-practice configurations

• Understanding of dependencies such as BOM and Serialization

• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, GPT)

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, and/or Scrum)

• Excellent communication skills in English are required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience in equipment-intensive industries

• German or French

• Process understanding

That is why traveling declaration, willingness and ability to work at client locations mostly across Europe and beyond, for short or long term, is required.
