Recruitment Specialist For our Client, an international professional services organisation, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join their Recruitment Team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an in-house recruitment environment, supporting the full hiring process and working closely with recruitment professionals on a variety of talent acquisition activities. Key responsibilities: Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes Candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels Interview scheduling and coordination Preparing and issuing offer documentation Supporting onboarding activities Organising language and technical assessments Maintaining recruitment data in the ATS Collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders Conducting initial candidate screenings after the onboarding period Requirements: Around 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR Very good command of Polish and English Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive approach and willingness to learn Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools will be an advantage What we offer: Temporary employment contract via Hays with an initial duration of 6 months Possibility of contract extension or transition to a permanent role within the organisation Hybrid working model (approximately 3 days per month in the office in Wrocław) Salary between 5,000 PLN and 10,000 PLN gross/month, depending on experience and qualifications
