Requirements
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel essential.
Experience with BI tools, dashboards, automation, data visualisation or AI-enabled process improvement is a strong advantage.
Previous experience in rostering, workforce planning, operations planning, aviation, logistics, transport or another fast-paced operational environment.
Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead, coach and organise a busy team.
Clear optimisation mindset, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and turn data into practical improvements.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance, process and operational risk.
A degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Operations or a related discipline is desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of flight time limitations, fatigue management or aviation rostering systems would be an advantage.
