Sales Representative – IATD, Hungary (m/f/*)

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering background preferred)

• Technical sales experience

• Previous experience in industrial markets is preferred

• Proficiency in Hungarian and English

Sales Representative for Industrial Adhesives and Tapes in Hungary

• Driving sales results aligned with customer needs and industry standards.

• Executing the Industrial Adhesives and Tapes Division business strategy.

• Growing assigned accounts by promoting 3M brands and technologies.

• Managing OEMs, tier suppliers, metalworking, petrochemical, and other customers.

• Positioning 3M as the preferred industrial adhesives and tapes partner.

• Supporting channel partners across Hungary.

• Delivering product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries and complaints with Application Engineering support.

• Organizing end-user activities, including webinars, with Application Engineering and Marketing.

• Coordinating between customers and internal teams to support smooth project execution.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Using CRM to plan, manage, and document sales activities.
