Responsibilities Analyze and define business requirements Design, implement, and test solutions using the SAP programming model and processes Collaborate with development teams and product management specialists Participate in the Agile Scrum development process Ensure high-quality delivery through test case execution, design reviews, and code reviews Maintain and improve the delivery process Requirements Expertise in Agile Scrum development with a strong grasp of application and software architecture Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Object-Oriented and Design Patterns Hands-on experience with ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development, including Core Data Services, Fiori elements, and SmartTemplates Familiarity with Business Object Processing Framework, Business Object Layer, and other ABAP frameworks Strong knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, and Runtime Analysis Tools Solid understanding of SAP system functionality, particularly in SAP S/4HANA functional areas Intermediate to upper-intermediate proficiency in English Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international project team Leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more members Nice to have Additional knowledge of SAPUI5, SAP HANA Platform, SAP Cloud Platform, and ABAP PaaS development (Side-by-Side Extensibility, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAP Cloud SDK and RESTful ABAP)

Requirements

• Expertise in Agile Scrum development with a strong grasp of application and software architecture

• Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ABAP Object-Oriented and Design Patterns

• Hands-on experience with ABAP for SAP S/4HANA development, including Core Data Services, Fiori elements, and SmartTemplates

• Familiarity with Business Object Processing Framework, Business Object Layer, and other ABAP frameworks

• Strong knowledge of ABAP Test Cockpit, ABAP Performance Tuning, and Runtime Analysis Tools

• Solid understanding of SAP system functionality, particularly in SAP S/4HANA functional areas

• Intermediate to upper-intermediate proficiency in English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international project team

• Leadership experience managing teams of 10 or more members
