Requirements

  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Integration Center & CPI / BTP.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP CPI / BTP and web services (SOAP, REST).

  • Good understanding of SuccessFactors – EC, Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, Compensation and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

  • Experience working in HRIS and payroll data integrations.

  • Ability to write technical and functional documentation.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in handling integration projects end-to-end.

  • Knowledge of SAP security and GDPR compliance for HR data.

  • Experience inbuilding integration between SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third-party).

  • SAP Integration certification is a plus.

  • ABAP knowledge
