Your new company For our Client, an international company that is building a global SAP Competence Center in Wrocław, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP WM/EWM Consultant (hybrid work). Your new role - Lead the configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP WM/EWM processes and functionalities. • Ensure compliance with GxP and CSV standards across warehouse operations and inventory management processes. • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice SAP WM/EWM solutions aligned with supply chain and logistics objectives. • Configure and support integrations between SAP WM/EWM and related SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, QM, and LE. • Manage system changes through SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), ensuring full traceability and compliance. • Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support for SAP WM/EWM, resolving complex incidents and system issues • Lead and contribute to SAP WM/EWM projects, including full-cycle implementations, S/4HANA deployments, rollouts, and system enhancements; oversee tasks, defects, and change requests using Jira. • Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops, develop detailed functional specifications, and convert complex business needs into efficient SAP solutions and process designs. • Ensure seamless integration across warehouse and supply chain processes, including batch management, handling units, and inventory control. • Provide hypercare and post-go-live support, managing and prioritizing requests through Jira Service Management. • Deliver user training sessions and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and work instructions.• Develop and support a global SAP WM/EWM Key User community, driving knowledge sharing and standardization across sites. • Drive continuous improvements based on incident trends and root cause analysis to enhance system stability and service quality. • Partner with external vendors and service providers to enhance support operations, streamline processes, and continuously improve service quality. What you'll need to succeed - 3-5 years of hands-on SAP WM/EWM experience, including system configuration and support activities. • Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, internal warehouse processes, inventory management, and warehouse execution. • Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation would be considered a strong asset. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable and compliant SAP solutions. • Experience providing 2nd and 3rd Level SAP WM/EWM support in a multi-site or international environment. • Experience in a GxP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries) would be a strong advantage. • University degree business related field. • SAP S/4HANA experience, including migrations, rollouts, or template deployments, is highly desirable. • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
