Description
We are seeking a Senior BMC Helix Specialist to lead the configuration, customization and enhancement of our BMC Helix ITSM platform. In this role, you will drive the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our service management environment, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across the organization. Responsibilities Rapidly enhance knowledge and understanding of ICT processes, tools and data requirements for the implementation of BMC Helix Support the design and implementation of BMC functions and services Own the detailed design for functional change within BMC Assist in the documentation of technical design and solutions for BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development Conduct working sessions for requirements gathering from functional and process owners Create workflows to automate ITSM processes and simplify steps Assist in the integration of BMC Helix to Azure DevOps and other third party tools Perform administration for the onboarding of ICT members and users in BMC Helix Provide internal technical support to ICT for BMC Helix during implementation, enhancement projects and ongoing operations Requirements 3+ years of experience providing BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace support in a customer focused organization Background in the BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development life cycle Excellent written and oral English communication skills Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Visio, PowerPoint and Excel Capability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results, including effective collaboration with cross functional teams Competency in identifying and driving continuous improvement Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies Expertise in integrating BMC with external sources for data ingress/egress Nice to have Certifications in BMC Helix and/or ITSM ITIL Certifications Familiarity with the Insurance Industry Degree-educated in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a relevant discipline
Requirements
3+ years of experience providing BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace support in a customer focused organization
Background in the BMC Helix ITSM/Digital Workplace development life cycle
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Visio, PowerPoint and Excel
Capability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver results, including effective collaboration with cross functional teams
Competency in identifying and driving continuous improvement
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies
Expertise in integrating BMC with external sources for data ingress/egress
