Description

We are looking for a Senior Build Engineer (DevOps) to support the transformation of our CI ecosystem across multiple generations of Infotainment products. The main goal of this role is to eliminate legacy code and align CI solutions across different product generations. This will simplify maintenance, reduce technical debt, and improve the overall consistency and reliability of CI/CD pipelines. You will play a key role in modernizing infrastructure and delivery processes, contributing to a scalable and unified engineering environment that supports long-term product evolution.

Experience

• 5-10 years

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with GCP (preferred) or Azure

• Strong hands-on experience with IaC and DevOps tools, including Kubernetes, Terraform, and ArgoCD

• Experience with version control systems such as Gerrit

• Experience with automation tools like Jenkins and Airflow

• Mid-level Python coding skills

• Experience working with embedded systems or hardware-integrated environments (preferably automotive), including understanding of architectures where software is tightly coupled with hardware

• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and planning skills

• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required

• Nice to Have:

• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible and Crossplane

• Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Elasticsearch)

• Experience in embedded or automotive development environments

• Familiarity with industry standards for system development processes (e.g., ASPICE)

• Technical engineering degree

Job responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure (GCP/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Crossplane

• Own and manage core IaC systems, including Kubernetes orchestration and deployment pipelines (ArgoCD), ensuring high availability and operational stability

• Establish and automate configuration management standards using tools like Ansible to reduce technical debt and enforce desired system state

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines, enabling secure, consistent, and reliable delivery

• Drive alignment and simplification of CI solutions across multiple product generations

• Ensure cloud security, governance, and cost optimization by applying modern cloud best practices
