Senior Full Stack Engineer with AI

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep TypeScript and Node.js expertise and hands-on experience building AI-driven, agentic systems. You will help shape next-generation digital experiences as we evolve toward a fully AI-native architecture—spanning intelligent agents, dynamic user interfaces, and the supporting infrastructure required to run them at scale. This is a client-facing role that requires close collaboration with engineering leadership, balanced work across the frontend and backend, and a passion for delivering production-ready AI experiences. You will contribute to new feature development while ensuring stability and support for live systems. Please note that hybrid work, 3 days from Gdansk or Krakow, is required. Responsibilities Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript Design, extend, and operationalize agentic systems with LangGraph (Node.js) or similar frameworks Manage and evolve core agent infrastructure components: memory and context management, session lifecycle management, file spaces, document handling, and retrieval pipelines, evaluation frameworks (e.g., Morpheus or comparable tools) Develop AI-powered user experiences, including transitioning native web interfaces toward AI-native patterns, building an AI Center, and creating AI-driven dashboards (e.g., Digital Advisor for Client Assist use cases) Build reusable Stencil web components and integrate them into Angular-based applications (e.g., EAA) Contribute across the full stack with balanced frontend and backend ownership Provide 24/7 production support coverage, including participation in on-call rotations, incident handling, and timely resolution of production issues Collaborate directly with client engineering leads and distributed teams to align on technical direction and delivery milestones Requirements 5+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated TypeScript expertise and a proven track record across both frontend and backend applications Significant backend development experience with Node.js and modern tooling Demonstrated experience building full-stack solutions with component-based frontend architectures Strong grounding in system design, scalability, performance optimization, and production operations Hands-on experience developing AI/agentic systems, including agent orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent frameworks), LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), memory/context management for conversational or task-oriented agents, and evaluation and validation pipelines for AI models and workflows Familiarity with Stencil web components and their integration into Angular applications Experience building AI-enabled products or dashboards and understanding emerging AI-native UX patterns Comfortable providing production support, including participating in on-call rotations Nice to have Experience with Angular

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated TypeScript expertise and a proven track record across both frontend and backend applications

• Significant backend development experience with Node.js and modern tooling

• Demonstrated experience building full-stack solutions with component-based frontend architectures

• Strong grounding in system design, scalability, performance optimization, and production operations

• Hands-on experience developing AI/agentic systems, including agent orchestration (LangGraph or equivalent frameworks), LLM integration (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), memory/context management for conversational or task-oriented agents, and evaluation and validation pipelines for AI models and workflows

• Familiarity with Stencil web components and their integration into Angular applications
