• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science

• 5+ years of experience working cross functionally

• Strong analytical skills, including Excel or SQL querying.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English, with the ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences

• Exceptional ability to influence, negotiate with, and persuade others is required. Must be flexible and demonstrate strong judgment, build a course of action, analyze trade-offs, and make recommendations in ambiguous situations.

• Relentless drive for results in fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated ability to challenge the status-quo and champion best-in-class solutions

Preferowane Kwalifikacje

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
