Senior QA Automation Engineer

Searching for QA Automation professional to contribute to a transformative project of a global leader in investment banking and financial services. Position Overview: As QA for the SWAPS project, the role demands in ensuring the successful execution and delivery of high-quality solutions. Responsibility is to overseeing all aspects of quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive QA strategies and processes tailored to the specific requirements of the SWAPS digital transformation project.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to define testing requirements, scope, and timelines.

• Design, implement, and maintain an effective test automation framework to streamline testing efforts and enhance efficiency.

• Plan and execute test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of SWAPS trading platforms and related systems.

• Conduct thorough regression testing to validate software changes and enhancements while minimizing risks and maximizing stability.

• Provide leadership and guidance to QA team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

• Proactively identify and address issues, risks, and bottlenecks that may impact project timelines or quality standards.

• Maintain clear and open communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions.

• Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to SWAPS trading and investment banking
