Description
Guide customers throughout the entire Order-to-Cash (OTC) process Track order fulfilment and take proactive steps to maintain customer satisfaction Respond to queries, handle complaints Collaborate with multiple departments locally and internationally, including sales, finance, logistics and transportation Ensure accurate documentation and maintain proper document flow in compliance with company policies and legal requirements Requirements: 2 years of experience in Customer Service English - B2 Spanish - B2/C1 SAP or other ERP system knowledge Microsoft Office (Excel) Considered a strong asset: Polish language skills OTC / Order Management experience Offer: Office located in Dąbrowa Górnicza - hybrid, presence in the office required 3 times per week International environment Package of benefits Salary range: 9 000 - 13 000 PLN gross Possible start: September 2026 - Hays Poland sp. z o.o. jest agencją zatrudnienia zarejestrowaną w rejestrze prowadzonym przez Marszałka Województwa Mazowieckiego pod numerem 361.
