Task and Process Mining Consultant

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Task & Process Mining Consultant to join our team and help organizations uncover inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and drive digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process discovery, task mining technologies, and data-driven analysis to deliver actionable insights that improve operational performance.

Our requirements

• 2 years of experience with process mining platforms (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio, etc.) and task mining tools.

• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data integration concepts.

• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.

• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledge of business process management (BPM), Lean, Six Sigma principles.

• Experience in identifying automation opportunities (RPA, workflow automation).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Communicative Polish language skills;

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting mindset.

• We would also appreciate:

• Certifications in process mining tools (Celonis Analyst, UiPath Process Mining);

• Experience in FMCG, Retail, Finance, or Supply Chain domains;

• Familiarity with SaaS delivery models and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end process assessments using process mining and task mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Mining).

• Identify bottlenecks, compliance issues, and automation opportunities across business processes.

• Extract, clean, and transform data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems for mining purposes.

• Build process models and dashboards to visualize process flows and KPIs.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for process optimization, automation, and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design improvement roadmaps and implement changes.

• Work closely with business and IT teams to understand requirements and align solutions with strategic goals.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, compelling manner.

• Stay updated on emerging trends in process intelligence, task mining, and automation technologies.

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practices development.
