Your team

• You’ll be working in the Client and Transaction Reporting team in Wroclaw. It is a team of software developers and data engineers working on development of applications for different types of reporting. There are multiple applications developed by the team, and these applications are used by business colleagues in Asset Management. We provide opportunities to grow in software development and to be close to financial knowledge. Some of technologies that teams use across projects are Azure, C# and.NET, Python, SQL, Terraform, Kubernetes, Databricks, GitLab, Github Copilot... We provide upskilling in those areas.

Your expertise

• We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2026.

• For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

• Your experience and skills

• Background in Computer Science or related field

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Good understanding of at least Python or C#

• Excellent English (written and oral)

• Drive the development and modernization of regulatory reporting platforms, within Asset Management Technology

• Investigate new innovative technologies and contribute to modern agile practices (e.g. DevOps, automated testing, etc.)

• Use AI development tools on daily basis

• Document the provided solutions

• Perform code reviews and share results with colleagues
