Qualification requirements

• Very good master's degree from a university

• Specialist internships in the automotive and/or consulting industry

• Practical experience in an intercultural working environment

• German language level C1 and English language level B2

• Excellent ability to identify and solve problems

• Targeted communication and quick comprehension

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Working on cross-functional projects in interdisciplinary teams in Germany and abroad

• Developing innovative consulting approaches to strategy, reorganization and operational excellence

• Analyze data and develop concepts and strategies

• Prepare and conduct workshops and interviews independently

• Developing and presenting the results to customers
