For our client, a global technology consulting organization delivering integration and digital transformation services for public sector institutions, we are currently looking for a Specialist for the position of WebMethods Expert. Service delivery model: 100% remote, equipment collection in Kraków, occasional project visits to the Kraków office (approximately once per month depending on project needs and meetings) Rate: 160-200 PLN/h net (+ VAT), up to 220 PLN/h net (+ VAT) for highly experienced experts Start Date: January 2027 Cooperation: Long-term project (planned duration: 2-3 years) Cooperation type: B2B, through Hays Poland Language: English (C1), German is an additional advantage Project Description: Technology Environment: Software AG WebMethods Java API Management Platforms Enterprise Integration Platforms Integration Architectures SAP Integrations Cloud and Hybrid Integration Solutions CI/CD Tooling and Development Practices Agile Delivery Environments Scope of services: Deliver integration solutions using the WebMethods platform Design, develop, configure, and enhance integration components Support maintenance and continuous improvement of existing integrations Participate in enterprise integration initiatives across multiple systems Collaborate with project stakeholders and international delivery teams Analyze and resolve complex technical issues within integration platforms Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration services Contribute to API management and integration architecture activities Support delivery of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises integration scenarios where applicable Follow Agile delivery practices and contribute to project outcomes Required competencies: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software engineering or integration-related project roles Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with WebMethods Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with Java Several years of practical experience in integration or enterprise application projects Experience with API management platforms Experience working with integration platforms Understanding of enterprise integration architectures Experience delivering services in Agile environments Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: Experience with SAP integrations Experience in cloud or hybrid integration scenarios Familiarity with CI/CD practices and standard software development methodologies German language skills Cooperation process: Profile and experience review by the Hays team A Hays Recruiter will contact you for a 15-minute conversation about the project and your experience Two online project meetings with client stakeholders Feedback and cooperation proposal Welcome to the project! The cooperation is carried out between independent businesses (B2B model) and covers the performance of services within the agreed project scope. The Contractor independently organizes and manages the manner in which the services are performed, taking into account the project requirements, security obligations, and the necessary communication with the client. Responsibilities

• The project is delivered for an end client from the Austrian public sector. The integration landscape is already established, while the current focus is on ongoing integration initiatives, platform configuration activities, enhancements, and maintenance services. The role requires a highly hands-on integration specialist with strong expertise in WebMethods and Java. The expert will cooperate with an international team of integration professionals and contribute to the delivery and continuous improvement of enterprise integration solutions.
